Well besides giving us a great place to talk trash and show off our fan boy colors. They do make a great knife. They also have a great survival school here in the states and in Peru. But what else has ESEE done for us?

Oh yeah, they are always giving away free gear whether it's their product or another companies. They challenge us to think and better ourselves by learning skills that will help us survive.

Jeff is also known to send you a knife or some gear just because he liked a post. Hell, I have been on the recieving end of that!

So this thread is dedicated to ESEE, just to let them know that we appreciate all they do for us. I know Jeff and Mike would rather see their knives being used, but here are some pics of gear that I have won from the generous people of ESEE.

Feel free to post up your winnings as well.

Thank you Jeff, Mike, Tony Dobbs, Mr and Mrs Shotgunner, Patricia and everyone else at ESEE and Rowen

Here are some of my previous items that I was lucky enough to win. There is an Izula w/ kit missing in the pic cause I gifted it to a dear friend.

And here is a shot of a package I recieved yesterday from ESEE

Wow! I'm jealous  ha ha. I got three decals when I recieved a catalog instead one. So I have one for my truck, one for my wive's truck (I'll put it on there when she's not looking), and one for my tool box at work.

That's big haul! What do those stickers say on the plastic sleeves? Made In USA? I haven't bought a new ESEE in a long while and never had one of those stickers on the ones I got long ago.

Back to the original post, I'm grateful for this forum for the occasional kernel of wisdom or idea I may find. And the interaction from both Jeff and Mike on a regular basis.

Jeff's posts make me laugh. Always good to start the day with a belly laugh.

I don't know Jeff and Mike personally, but through this forum, those guys are welcome at my fire anytime. (As is everyone. So....... I guess that doesn't make them that special.:D)

+1. And this is the kind of thing/s you do not see that often anymore.... Common courtesy and appreciation

Esee made me realise that in the real world out where trees grow, So-called super steels suck. High carbon rusty types are best... You ever tryed sharpening a F1 3G steel knife in the scrub..... Not good fun:mad:.

This forum with the best down to earth Mods. ;)

Well, I've only won one ESEE tool, an Izula which was really cool

Getting to meet, hang out with, and have dinner with the ESEE gang at last years Blade was a blast. On top of that there are the hours of enjoyable and entertaining reading here in the ESEE Forum. Among other things there the reminders not to forget what we already know in the process of our studies...such as yes fire steels and bow drills are great but boat gas and a lighter will still get a fire going quickly. The tools are awesome and I love this forum!

By the way Tony, that was a really creative way to show off!!

What has ESEE done for me? They have just made some killer blades availabe to the knife consumer and I am grateful. I do a ton of outdoor crap, and put my blades through the ringer on a regular basis. Thanx to Jeff and Mike!

I've won an ESEE-5 with the original pack kit (gone now, to a good home) and a couple of Izulas.

What they've done for me is won me over as a loyal customer for life.

I got some great knives that are worth way more than I paid and they've made me unafraid to use them! I've gotten a lot of enjoyment from the forum. I've learned a lot here. AND they gave me this for Christmas!:D

I'm new to the dark side, It was just the other day where I seen a vid of that bad little knife (izula)

And damn guys...how did you guys get a knife for free, WHERE DO I JOIN? :D

Im new and havent won anything but ESEE has done a couple things for me.

1. They have introduced me to fixed blade knives. Iv carried folders for many years and use them daily. My ESEE 4 is my first fixed blade and i am more than impressed and very pleased with my purchase and the speed at which it was delivered. And in this day and age, it was nice to see a real "Thank You" written on my receipt with a real pen by a real person.

2. They have made me a badass at work for having a new awesome knife.

3. They sent me a knife so sharp that i almost lost my middle finger a couple days ago.

Thanks ESEE. Yall are badass. Cant wait to cut my finger on a HEST!
