What have you done today to improve your physical preparedness?

Well I did back today. I really lift pretty darn hard 5-6 days a week. Lifting actually made me gain weight. I'm still a light weight for my height imho, right at 6' and 167. But the more I lift the more I slowly gain weight.

I'm going to add a little more cardio to the mix though.
 
Swimming 40 laps at lunch today. Going to Taekwondo class tonight.

I find at 50 years old I need to spend a minimum hour each day getting exercize to stay on top of it.
