What have you done today to improve your physical preparedness?

LMAO - but it's a "good" sore! ;)

I got some blood work done this morning to see how where I stand. I should have results in a few days.

I did chest at the gym today.

Flat bench / dumbells 3 sets
Incline bench / smith 3 sets
Decline Bench / smith 3 sets
Incline Fly / dumbells 3 sets
Decline / cable flys 3 sets
Flat Fly / dumbells 3 sets

I'm pretty wiped out right now. It was a pretty damn good workout although my shoulder workout is ALWAYS my favorite. I am struggling to get my chest to grow and get defined. I've still got that damn bit of fat on the bottom part of my pecs. It's driving me insane. I know, I know - that's made in the kitchen and the treadmill :) I'm tryin', fellas :)

Keep up the good work everyone.

Did a little over 10 mile run this afternoon.

For work today I also practiced my hand-eye coordination by hammering many nails. This evening I chopped a little wood.

I like the way you think

10 miles is quite a trek, my friend.

I...umm.....had some spicy and lemon pepper wings today

I couldn't help it, my wife wanted to go out for once instead of eating at home. It was like I was forced to eat them ;) Other than that, I've been keeping my mile and a half daily run on my treadmill going

I've been feeling awesome lately. I'm 32 years old and in the best shape of my life right now. It' feels amazing. I just wish my body looked like it feels right now :) I'm heading to FL in about a month and am trying to drop some lbs to get these abs poppin before I go.

Yesterday I rocked out a killer kettlebell workout. Today I took it easy and took Jr in the jogging stroller for a 3.5 mile jog/walk at the park. Its VERY windy today and my legs have been feeling a little wiped out since the Toughmudder this past Sunday so I've been taking it kind of easy on my body.

Nice!

I ran 3 miles yesterday and also had a killer arms workout. I've been taking some Superpump250 before workouts. That stuff is amazing. The endurance, focus and pumps I get from it are ridiculous. I'm no big guy by any means but this is the best I've ever felt.

Getting ready to take jr and the dog out for 3 mile walk. On pavement..

Gotta keep burning calories for all the eating I'm doing this weekend.

I rowed 5k in 18 mins then I did 20 185# shoulder presses and 40 burpees.
I have been doing crossfit steadily for 2 years. I've lost 85# and feel great.

I found a crossfit gym in my area and am thinking about joining for a month or two as a change of pace. It's freakin' expensive though. ~$200/month for unlimited.

Some Cf gyms offer open memberships after the foundations class is completed. CrossFit can be done with minimal equipment though and the main site workouts are posted for free on www.crossfit.com.

Well - after my scare with my knee a few weeks ago I laid off doing anything that ivolved impact to my knee for a while. Thankfully it feels much better now after some rest. I jogged for 2 miles on it Thursday to start getting back to the point where I was before. I am registered for a 10 mile run this weekend but am going to skip it because of my knee and not having run for quite some time. I also lifted legs for the first time in a while this week.

Now I've got to get my cardio up again.

Going to do some body weight exercises at the gym today.

12 OZ. CURLS.
