LMAO - but it's a "good" sore! 
I got some blood work done this morning to see how where I stand. I should have results in a few days.
I did chest at the gym today.
Flat bench / dumbells 3 sets
Incline bench / smith 3 sets
Decline Bench / smith 3 sets
Incline Fly / dumbells 3 sets
Decline / cable flys 3 sets
Flat Fly / dumbells 3 sets
I'm pretty wiped out right now. It was a pretty damn good workout although my shoulder workout is ALWAYS my favorite. I am struggling to get my chest to grow and get defined. I've still got that damn bit of fat on the bottom part of my pecs. It's driving me insane. I know, I know - that's made in the kitchen and the treadmill
