I cut the twine holding the Christmas tree to the roof rack on my wife's Frontier with my Shiro 111 M390.
I used to traipse all over my Vermont woodlot to find a tree, but it was a lot of searching to find a tree that looked ten times better in the woods than it did when I got it home. We still get our Christmas trees in up Vermont, but they come from NH or Maine and we buy 'em.

Razors work better in my experience, but hey, don't say I didn't warn you when your client is complaining about ugly gaps!
I used my knife to shave slivers off of a 2x4 to fix some ill-fitted cabinet hardware.
Like most days I used them for cutting up boxes, tape and labels. A couple weeks ago though I had a lot more fun participating in a challenge to make a utensil only using knives I own. I ended up using these 3. Fun contest!
