What is Cho Creep?

I think a Cho Creep is a slimy guy selling chromed made-in-India wallhangers to unsuspecting kids.
 
Regarding my posts of yesterday in this thread, for those reasons the village models are better three ways, they're cheaper, work every bit as well or better, and encourage lots of use by virtue by not being so shiney. Use 'em!!!
