What is the ONE knife you most want...that doesn't even exist yet!

FFG ZT 0560 in Lightning strike carbon fiber, no thumb studs (internal bladestop), and M390. I'd be actually done then.

Spyderco Cruwear military. Second in line would be the Spyderco S90V Manix 2 XL.

Spyderco is coming out with both of those knives soon. The Millie in 4 months or so. The Manix XL is a KW exclusive with cf, 3rd quarter of 13' Hopefully, no preorders yet.

You cant have a handle that is the exact same design as the USMC Kabar and it be a "true full tang", the two are mutually exclusive. For a knife to be a true full tang handle scales have to be attached in some way to the full tang (metal flush with handle material) not kraton or other polymer molded around a partial tang. Sure the Ontario might be a full length tang but its not a true full tang.

A handle design like the Strider would be considered a true full tang like the OP said, unlike the partial full length tang of the Ontario.

I wouldn't call that "receiving", considering it also has a totally different handle, and a shorter blade. I don't know about Nutty Knife Nut, but when I say I want a Kabar, I want something that looks like a Kabar, not something with a shorter blade and the ugly handle of that Strider. IMO a better recommendation would be the Ontario SP1 Marine Combat Knife. Looks very similar to the Kraton-handled Kabar(if he wants a full tang one with the leather washers, though, he's out of luck), with the same materials, but full tang. Compare:

As for my answer to the OP, well...I really don't know. There's already so many knives I want in existence that I haven't really stopped to think about something I'd want that doesn't exist yet...maybe a folding karambit that doesn't run for $150+?

Full tang as far as I've always seen it defined is "A full tang extends the full length of the grip-portion of a handle". Nothing about scales whatsoever.

A Fehrman Final Judgement, 2" wide with an 11"-12" blade.
I would become a Fehrman dealer if they did that.

I'll take a spyderco superleaf with blue g10 scales, an m390 blade, better jimping a bit more access to the compression lock. They done did this to the PM2, why not the superleaf?

A return of the Folding Buck Kalinga with options that include different wood scales choices for the handle and a damascus blade

El patron wharncliff flipper milled side plate stonewashed acid etch blade
Stoneage finished a8 w/hrd system

Both dont exist yet

A Benchmade 530 with:

- the same thin scale design, but with (black) polished/anodized/Ti scales
- Stainless steel upgrade, I’m not picky
- Satin hardware/satin clip.

I'd like to see Chris Reeve Knives make a slipjoint. In between the size of the small Sebenza and Mnandi, leaning more towards the small Seb size. I just want to see what they would do.

Also, a couple of my favorite makers, I would like to see them start on folders. Some have, with friction folders. I'd like to see frame locks and slipjoints.

A lightsaber, but seeing thats not going to happen. I take SAK's with alox handles which still have the toothpick and tweezers. The XM-18 3in knife is my dream knife and is being made I just can't afford it.
