Sebenza is the most well thought out build design. It's one of the only ones with solid pin construction. The (fairly beefy) screws just hold the pins in place. (Striders are similar in this respect.) I don't like threaded handles. I REALLY don't like when screws on both sides screw into the spacers/pillars. The better of these designs do have screws that thread in to somewhat of a pin, which is better, however more screws = a more overall compromised handle. Very nice spacers/pillars on the Seb... one's even heat treated & inside the pivot, one is heat treated & is a "sleeve" for the stop pin.
As far as use goes, it is also the best overall design... blade shape/locked angle/grind, handle shape, carry comfort... Currently I have Lg & Sm Seb 21s, Strider - SmF, SnG, SJ75s, Spyderco - Military, Paramilitary2, a Mini Grip & a Knives of Alaska folding Hunter... but I've had several others including four other SnGs, a PT, RCC, Several other Sebs, 2 Mnandis, Umnumzaan, a couple customs, a few Kershaws, several Spydercos, several Benchmades, ect...
The Striders are my most fun knives. They are excellent knives. Honestly they are the knives I carry most. ...but If I had to sell some knives for whatever reason, my Sebenzas would be the last to go!
