What is your absolute favorite knife?

Regardless of brands, blade, steel, or lock, what is your favorite knife of all time? I'm talking sentimental reasons too. Pics would also be great. My favorite is my old clip point Case I bought at a military history festival. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

The PM2, in just about any blade-steel. I love the compression lock.
However, I buy them new and keep them new. I don't have a user. I bring 'em in and trade 'em out.
Now, for a carry knife...it's either my Zaan or a large Sebbie.

Imagine that. I wonder why? Tell me who is the ugly red headed step child off to the left of the Sebi family? The one to the right don't count, he's not a folder.

To the left we have the gentleman's Sebenza and to the right we have the fixed blade Sebenza.

I've had many a favorite knife in my lifetime, but like a lot of things, they come..they go. My absolute favorite knife atm is my ZT0600. It is built heavy duty all the way, and I love everything about it! The ZT0801 ain't bad!

The spyderco stretch. Nothing can keep it out of my pocket. I have bought a lot of knives that just sit around and barely get any pocket time unless I force myself to use them so i don't feel like I wasted money.

Uh, if I'm not mistaken, that "red headed step child" would be the Chris Reeve Mnandi. I would rather call that knife 'Daddy Warbucks'.

Yes its difficult to choose one because all knives are good in design and performance

Most sentimental to me is Jake Hobacks work he really kicked me off in the custom worl even though I had a few customs before hes what made me really dive into knives. I was lucky enough to meet him at blade show this yr my first time attending since I just picked up this hobby this yr actually. I basically stood there with my jaw dropped and as cool as can be he just reached his hand out for a handshake and said hey I'm Jake Hoback. After talking to him a bit found out he lived only 3hrs away from me and unbelievably he invited me over to see his shop. One of the best experiences ever cant imagine it getting much better.

I found the "perfect" folder/user/edc whatever you call it. The Spyderco Stretch. Nothing against the Sebenzas and PM2's (examples of "safe" picks) but the knife just plain works for me. Call it ugly, underwhelming, use it exclusively for a month and you will learn to appreciate or even love it like I do.

I'm still a knife nut though and I go through the new stuff and try out what is out there. Got a pretty diverse collection. I try my best to get my knives some action but I only have so many things to cut and the Stretch excels and its hard to pick others over it. Still love many other knives for sure though.

No its not a hammer or baton so you titanium etc. junkies will surely disagree wih me. If you slice and cut with a knife you may see what Im saying. Yeah I got a bunch of those heavy duty survive a nuke knives too.

Hmm... Probably my Spyderco Gayle Bradley. It doesn't see the most pocket time because it's a bit heavy for slacks but it's my favorite nonetheless.

Good call I believe that you are right sir! Good eye. However I believe that each of those Sebi's goes for more money than Daddy Warbuck's. Either way an impressive collection.

I'd say this William Henry Monarch because it was a gift from the wife. I carry it in my Levi's watch pocket.

Not Sebenza's maybe other Chris Reeve products. I really have no idea on the fixed blade. I have not evolved from folders yet. I AM SURE THAT THAT IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER THOUGH, ARGH!

What a question to ask a bunch of knife junkies.... It's going to have to be my SwissChamp if I have to pick one. It's one of those what if I could only have one knife kinda questions so that's my thoughts.
