  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What is your absolute favorite knife?

Honestly it's hard to say it's a tie between these

And these
Gossman Tuskers

I have more expensive folders that look more impressive, yet if "my favorite" is determined by which knife I reach for most often I'd have to say my ZT 0550 Gen II. Its very similar in size to an SnG yet for me it feels better in hand and I use the Hell out of mine. I have a ZT 0777M390 (stonewash blade) arriving on Monday so my favorite folder "may" change but it would take a lot to un-seed the Gen II 0550 as my most often used and loved folder.

As far as a fixed blade, I'd say my Busse TGLB by a mile. I've NEVER held/used a fixed blade that feels better in hand than the TGLB and that makes using it a joy. Its not so big as to only be good for chopping yet is still large enough to handle any chopping job you may have.

Any Lone Wolf knife made prior to benchmade ruining their brand. I own many folders, mostly lone wolf but also have SOG, lion steel, mcusta to name a few, but I always seem to reach for the Lone Wolf US 45 folder. It has served me well.

My one favorite is my spydie manix 2 xl, my other favorites are para 2, manix 2, millie and benchmade 275. My most sentimental is a swiss army classic that belonged to my uncle who passed before I was born and I was named after him, it also has a little leather pouch that has his/my initials on it.

Tie between my Oeser Zulu folder and Gossman Tusker that was carried by SEALs in Afghanistan. I won the Tusker several years ago. That one will stay in the family.

My Okapi is my favorite, but for a few days I've been carrying a new Douk Douk in my pants pockets, while having the Okapi in my coat. Then, my shirt pocket usually has either my Laguiole or Thiers Chambriard for food (fruit, cheese etc...)
