What is your absolute favorite knife?

I've never really fallen in love with a knife like I fell in love with my cs voyager. That being said, I've never been into the custom market. Maybe one day

My favorite knife varies by what day of the week it is , what phase the moon is in , and what I happen to be doing at the time
the knife that I go to cos it does what I need , is just a plain izula 2

My favorite knife changes from time to time, but I always keep going back to my Vic SAK. Guess that is my absolute favorite.

Tough question. Sometimes it takes me 10 minute to decide what 2 knives i will carry that day. My favorite (at least for now) is the 777. Like i said for now.

I found the "perfect" folder/user/edc whatever you call it. The Spyderco Stretch. I only have so many things to cut and the Stretch excels and its hard to pick others over it. Still love many other knives for sure though.

No its not a hammer or baton.

I had a NIB blue Stretch with ZDP-189. Loved to hold it; never used or carried it. Sold it NIB. Bought another blue NIB. I love the blade-shape and it is reputed to be a slicing fool. I think I'll start using it...in the kitchen if nowhere else...and give it a chance to shine.

Probably my Kershaw Junkyard Dog 2.

Jeez, my wife doesn't take that long to figure out what jewelry to wear to the store. :)

The Cold Steel Leatherneck series is my favorite. I prefer fixed blades over folders simply because they can offer superior ergonomics, and they're stronger, even if I don't get to carry them often. The Leatherneck series exemplifies everything that I want in a knife. Tough, rust resistant and easy to sharpen steel, a high hollow grind with a 5mm thick spine, a slick and less reflective coating, thick steel guard, a nonslip, hand-filling grip, a thick, wide full tang, a machined steel pommel, a secure polymer sheath with a drain hole and various carry options. On top of all this, the value is sky high at less than $50 in some places.

My favorite folder is also by Cold Steel, the Recon 1. If you read about why I like the Leatherneck, you know why I like the Recon 1. No gimmicks, it's all about business. And then there's the Tri-Ad lock...

Love my Sebenza, but haven't gotten the nerve up to carry it all the time yet, especially when going out drinking beers as I've lost a few blades that way (letting people borrow, look at, lose pulling out money clip, keys, etc). I'd say my Military, but lost it how I previously described.. great blade, big, light, thin, smooth. So now I'm toting my mini-Ritter Grip (yellow) and love it. Can't miss that thing and nobody wants to see that toy and small enough it stays in back of pocket. I hate losing knives, but can't give up my beers with the boys (and girls).

That's a tough one...love my BM Skirmish 630BK1, original Spyderco Manix C95 and ZT 0300 but the knife I go to/carry the most is my ZT 0550 Gen II. Though not even close to being the most expensive folder I own, I'd have to say that it's my favorite to use.

Not Sebenza's maybe other Chris Reeve products. I really have no idea on the fixed blade. I have not evolved from folders yet. I AM SURE THAT THAT IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER THOUGH, ARGH!

The small one on the left is indeed a Mnandi and the fixed blade is a Nyala both by Chris Reeve.

Abide by the golden rule of drinking beer, All sharp and dangerous objects should be kept in your pocket or better, under lock and key when little boys are playing with beer! You know we can't be trusted with pointy objects when we are drinking. Inevitably we hurt ourselves. It does suck when you lose a nice knife.

My favorite folder is my Benchamde Adamas. There's just something about it that "clicked" with me. The look, the solid feel, the thick blade and thick liners....
I don't worry when using it hard quite like I worried with my other knives.

I don't have a favorite fixed blade, simply because I haven't found a fixed blade that I actually liked.

Just got a custom 3.25" tanto with a blade opening, lightly anodized handles with groves, heavily acid bathed stone washed blade from Jeremy Robertson. Right now, my favorite knife. I don't why I want another one, but I want another one.

beautiful william henry borg.....i have to go with the bk24, lol....i made it my own with some mods, and it just always does the job, rarely ever have to sharpen it....really like the spydie manix 2 as well...
