My work EDCs rotate among my Blue BF Native PE, my Li'l Temperance PE, my Blue Salsa PE (Love that knife!), and my Meerkat PE. They all have 3" or less blades, yes even the Native, which I measure at less than 1/32" over 3", so I doubt that anyone would say that it is over 3". This is due to my working in Washington, DC, with its 3" maximum blade length law and in a federal agency, top boot.
My relaxation EDCs are my old love, the StarMate PE that I have owned and loved since they first came out and is still my favorite of all of my folders, a Lum Chinese with lovely green anodized aluminum scales, a BM/Osborne 940 in green (again a very lovely knife that I think would do very well at work were it only a bit shorter, and a Carnivore Jr. by REKAT that is smooth as glass and locks up tighter than a bank vault. If I am in a "F--k you!" mood, I sometimes carry my Cuda Maxx 5.5, mostly when I am going to visit someone and want to shock them.

It can do that, in spades! But I don't generally carry it on public transit or out in public too much, as the police in my area tend toward the touchy side, even in Virginia.
Lastly, when I am dressed up, I generally carry my BM/Osborne 770, which I believe to be the perfect little gentleman's pocket knife. I am looking forward to having a Kiwi join it, as that looks to be a very slick little knife.
I kind of forgot to mention that I have an old C-19 Terzuola Clipit Jr., one with black anodized aluminum scales, that I also really like to carry on occasion. It has a >3" blade and I really like the little knife.
