What is your first new knife for 2014?

first to order is yet to be determined, but the first to arrive will be a Spyderco Dragonfly2 Salt, and a Spyderco Manix 2 in BD-1 steel.
 
Didn't see it coming, but bought two NIB Spyderco Dominos before 9 a.m. on Jan 1. Now, that's the way to start a NEW YEAR.
Hope my grandkids are gonna be happy.

Cold Steel Canadian Belt Knife. Wanted something for hunting that I won't cry if I lose, and want to experiment with that blade shape.

Spyderco Dragonfly 2 in plain-edge with black handle. I got a fifty dollar gift card for a certain mega-store for Christmas, and pounced on one on their web-site. I've been wanting one ever since the old model was replaced by this current one. I love small, discreet folders for use around sheeple, and this will be the smallest good-quality folder I've bought. I should have it by the middle of January. I watched a ton of reviews on-line, and everyone seems to love the Dragonfly 2. Looks like a handy little knife for smaller tasks, say, like trimming the end off a cigar or opening packages. My Cold Steel Voyager XL is too much overkill sometimes.:)
 
I want a new Spyderco Manix2 with ffg S30V blade. I hope they become available sooner rather than later.

Mine will be a ZT0566 as well. Was planning on getting a ZT0550blk but seeing videos of the 556 deassisted, plus the price difference, has me set on the 566. Ill be ordering mine on Friday.

Also buying a Stainless Steel Kershaw Leek to send to a friend who just had his first baby. He's a suit and tie type and I think its got a ritzy look to it.
