What Jeans carry your EDC?

I stopped wearing jeans 20 years ago. Too heavy, too expensive, didn't last long.
Work pants like Dickies are easy to maintain, last at least a decade.

As for carry, I just need pockets.
Jeans have been too hot, heavy, and uncomfy (restrictive) in the past. But these days they are lighter weight with a bit of stretch and way better... albeit less durable.

You should give them another shot! Even more comfy than my khakis.

OP,

I wear abercrombie jeans. Non skinny ones. Don't judge me!

Kitanica raiders and asp pants are tough as granite!!! 2 pair of each...
Duluth is solid so are Viktos.....

Duluthflex Dry on the Fly cargos and Flexpidition pants outside of work. Duluthflex firehose cargos g
for work.
The Dry on the Fly ones are great for summer when you can't wear shorts, but still want something breathable and cool.

Jncos, when you want to look like a late Gen X Gumby.
Dude, the sound of those pants dragging along the floor as well as the swish-swish of corduroys was the background noise of my adolescence even if I didn't wear them.

These days, the jeans I gravitate toward are whatever my wife buys me. I couldn't tell you the brand.

My uniform BDU pants are my most frequently worn “long pants”, and they’re whatever the agency procures. The current ones are Blauer, but we’ve had 5.11, Propper, and TruSpec in the past.

When not at work, 99.9999% of the time it’s cargo shorts, because Florida. I own exactly one pair of blue jeans, which I think are Lee’s, and a few other pairs of other carpenter jeans or chinos, but none see frequent use unless I absolutely HAVE to wear long pants. Like work trips or the three days a year it’s actually cold here. In fact, had to dig them out for my trip to PA tomorrow, as I’m told it’s been in the low 40’s. Definitely not Florida boy weather.

Ironbut Ironbut is that what I have to look forward to when I retire, all of my pants magically shrinking?

No More Jeans for me... I wear 511 because the fabric they use stretches and is way better for movement... I can usually get them under $40

Mostly Kuhls. While I love the fit of Kuhls the pockets aren't necessarily great for pocket clips. A couple models have narrow pocket openings (The Law are one), a large knife and large hand are a bit of a squeeze. The pockets are double hemmed so I can't carry some knives when wearing them, the clips won't open far enough or are so hard to get out of pocket they don't work. I like my old Ariat's, Wranglers and Carhart's for carrying bigger knives. Levi's are evil............... ;)

:)Quit wearing Any thing Levi when I found out they were a contributor to anti-gun groups
Wrangler Performance Series jeans is what I have recently found. They have a little give in the waistband and all around!! Quite comfy!! 👍😁👍

Ditto, I will no longer give Levi any of my money. I wear Wrangler, they seem to fit me well, last longer and are reasonably priced. So.ebody needs to make some with a special patch to resist pocket clip wear

That depends. I wore the same size 32X32 pants from the time I got out of Marine boot camp in 1966, until I retired 10 years ago. I decided then that I needed to quit smoking. I quickly picked up 15 lbs & two pants sizes, but that's remained unchanged for about 8 years now.
