What jewelry do you have with you on hikes/camping.

Usually a Seiko/Marathon/Citizen Watch and a paracord bracelet one of my Soldiers made me when we were in Iraq. I guess you could call my various folders and sheath knives "jewelry", at least my wife does.

i don't wear any jewelry, including watches. if i was married i'd leave the ring on while hiking.

When I'm in the woods, working on the car, etc., the wedding band stays home. Other than that, no other jewelry. I gave up watches a long time ago. I'm not a jewelry person, I guess.

I always figured a man should not be wearing jewelry more than a watch and a wedding ring, maybe a class ring or the like too.

Cuff-links in a suit are okay, but I do not wear suits in the woods.

I dont wear bling because it serves no purpose while being just one more thing to hook onto stuff, I prefer tattoo.

I wear a thick, triangular sliver bracelet that I made 14 years ago. Picture of it on topic of tanning rattlesnake skin. Have gotten used to it. I am not a Seik. Can be used for self defense. Only take it off when working in the neonatal intensive care. When polished like a mirror you can watch behind your back if you want to.

Belly button ring, ear ring, nipple rings for all three nipples, toe ring, nose ring, at times I'll clip in my eight eyebrow rings...oh, and my lip rings; can't forget my gold medalian necklace:thumbup:. Plus my watch:D

Actually, just my wedding ring and watch, but I don't consider my watch as jewelry, more of a "tool".

Wedding band, velcro watch, medical ID dog tag.

Same here, but my medical ID is a card in my wallet.

My wife also just wears her wedding band but everything else including diamond ring stays safe at home when we go play in the mountains.

Titanium piercings done up with loctite 'cos the swines come free too easily otherwise. That's it. I can't count mah watch 'cos it's an MWC so too heavy and ugly to be elegant.

my wife and I ditch our rings when hiking- fingers tend to swell backpacking (and risk of loss)- we do don survival bracelets and watches- hardly jewelry though- tools would be the more appropriate description

I wouldn't really consider it jewelry but I always have a paracord bracelet and a Timex Expedition watch on.

Sometimes I wonder about the paracord bracelet though, after having it wrapped around your wrist for years I wonder what condition the paracord would be in by the time you were in a situation where it was actually needed for emergency cordage, I'd hate to have it fall apart when I really needed it. Maybe it really is just jewelry...

If i'm hiking/camping/working etc I leave the wedding ring at home...I also leave my gold chain off when doing any work or physical stuff, but the image above is my hammer I have been wearing for years now (made it from 316ss) and wear it 24/7.
