Here’s my 0640 (also with a deep-ride clip) and the Specwar. The pronounced thumb ramp on the Specwar would make it a perfect design to incorporate a hidden wave, but Emerson never revisited it after he stumbled across the wave feature.

Also, I stand corrected, I looked up the product description on my DEF and it looks to be buffed double black canvas micarta. Not linen.

IIRC Nathan said some of the double black canvas may have actually been double black linen. Which is fine with me, because it looks and feels great.
