Here is a "Bowie" that Nathan the Machinist might not disapprove of ?

No idea why Rick designed that shape, it wasn't used in his Bowie designs before (ZT0392), or ever after (Eklipse or XM Bowie Tri-way). Anyways, it's very practical IMO.

I sold the balisong some years ago...and gave away both the Elishewitz designed spear point and Crawford Leopard Cub. The former to a member here at bladeforums, and the latter to the son of a member of another forum for his first "good" knife.

The AFCK is a favorite because it was co-designed by my first SWAT instructor, Chris Caracci.

(I didn't find out about his association with the knife until some time after I already owned it. Chris had been a member of SEAL Team 6, but was a police officer in Ft. Lauderdale at the time when he helped train my former team in Miami.)

I carried my old AFCK for so long that the handle is worn smooth and the butterfly logo is now just a shiny metal disc.

Regret never owning one but the only benchmades i have left are the 710 (which I love)
