I’ve had the knife of some time just got the pocket slip for it. the knife is made by Brian Goode and the slip by oak city leather. They make a nice pair.

Certainly one of the best BM axis locks. And you used to be able to pick them up for much more reasonable prices than most BMs.

while I don't wish such a terrible thing on myself, if I could only have one folding knife it would probably be this one. Many years of dependable use, feels great in the hand and is just a really well designed knife.

Been on the road for the last week or so riding my moto around CO through some beautiful scenery, including up to the tippy-top of Mt. Evans, the highest navigable road in North America. I've had these two with me the entire time. Unfortunately, I forgot my BFK5 CW despite telling myself 300 times to not forget it. Senior moment I guess.

I removed the spring on this one, wish I could remember what I did with it! This one is the fancy version with M390 and G10

the 520 is hands down one of my favourite folders of all time. It's so good. This one saved my hip from abrading against frozen asphalt as I slid diagonally through an entire intersection after a total loss of any kind of traction from black ice, on my ride to work.

I'd love an auto version of this knife, if only I could legally have one
