You've got to do a video if you're going to tease like thatSneaky Saturday with a wicked "Wheel" by Matt Diskin, the only "rotary" release mechanism that I can think of

Oh, that’s pretty dang nice and I bet even I could remember how to open itView attachment 2309550
I can't compete with WV's recent showings (drool worthty) , but I rocked a PM2 today that I enjoy carrying!
Please explain!
It's a Scott Cook Lochsa, kinda like an integral Sebenza...Scott learned from Chris if I remember right. Please explain!
This looks like a sebenza but is not I'd like to know more!
p.s.Blues ...... FEEEEEEEEEET hahahahaha
Chip has it right. It's a Lochsa that was made IIRC in 2010 by Scott Cook. Scott did indeed used to work for CRK and then started into knifemaking by himself in the early 2000s I believe. If you'd like to see more of his work, check out the gallery at scottcookknives.com. Be prepared to be wowed, or rather WOWED, at some of his non-typical variations on the Lochsa (mine is really just a PJ Lochsa). Scott's books are not open and the price points his knives command these days is unbelievable, but if you have a will to owning one, you will find a way to make it come true. Please explain!
