EMCEE that is the Hawk pocket clip for Chris Reeve Knives.
IMO the best aftermarket clip. It has excellent retention and doesn’t have a “snag” point that can lift the knife out of pocket like the bent Ti CRK clips.
Kind of mechanical as its design gives it spring tension. It needs a pinch against the body of the knife to open and slide over the pocket/seam.

For me/my hand, fantastic. If you have a look in the CRK forum, you may find other reports, though I think most are positive.
These are the only aftermarket clips that are supported by CRK.
Unfortunately they have been discontinued by CRK so becoming extremely rare and with that also EXPENSIVE. I bought two for something like $250USD a couple years ago. Not sure you will find 1 for that price now.
