Yeah, it's an amazing knife. I've had other CRKs that have required some break-in, but this one was butter-smooth right out of the box. And the size, the ergos...it just ticks all the boxes for me.

Shirogorov 111 Ignis (fire) with Phoenix Wing TechnoCarbo. That’s a long ass knife name but the knife is on the large size anyway, the 111 is called a “pocket sword”.

The Benchmite 3100 remains my favorite small gentlemen’s folder. So slim and light that it truly disappears in the pocket until needed.

I carried one as my primary pocketknife at work for over a decade in the early 2000’s. It was a much envied conversation piece when I pulled it out to use it around others. I gifted a number of these back then to family, friends, and coworkers who always admired mine. I gifted my last user to my boss at his retirement knowing that he was sad that he lost his. They were long out of production at that point. My boss was ecstatic to have one again.

I kept my eye open for another for a long time. I am forever grateful to woodysone for selling me one after he saw my comment about it.

Two smaller sized Spyderco from the late 90’s

A C51 Rookie in G10 and a C29 Cricket in CF both have ATS-55 steel.
The Rookie model is kind of like a diminutive sized/shrunk down Police pattern. The CF Cricket(s) were a limited production model.

I just gave my carbon fiber ATS-55 version "Dragonfly" to my neighbor. It was a cool little knife and I thought he'd enjoy carrying and using it.

Still have a couple of my older Spydercos from the late 90's. The one I miss is the micarta Calypso Jr. that I had to gift my brother-in-law when he saw it back in the day. (I should have left it in my pocket. LOL)

I still have my black linen micarta Calypso (non-Jr.) that came new with a slightly warped blade. I believe QC issues at that time made the Calypso a short lived model.
