What knife did you carry on your wedding day?

Simms65, I spent 2 weeks at the OBX in early June. If I had the guts to pack up and move out of NY, that would be where I'd go!

I have a house down in Avon (Near Cape Hatteras :p

I think I carried a Spyderco of some kind

After all the ceremonies, in the limo on the way to our hotel room, my wife pulls out a Benchmade AFCK. That was 1995. I knew at that moment, I married the right women.

OK, where did she pull it out from and why did she pull it out in the limo?:D

Esav,

That word routinely does NOT apply, and "the rest of US" certainly does not apply, but only in some posts which are truly hilarious. If anyone gets frustrated, they should possibly look at what they are posting. I'm sure not setting myself up as some judge, but I find these posts AMUSING. And I'm quite sure many other members also do. They read and LAUGH. I just happen to read, and respond without name calling and vulgarity. So please keep an eye out for those vulgar posts, or those who infer name calling ... OK....
These are the very types of people who portray knife owners (carrriers) as strange ... why ....well, look at the posts ....

Take Care,
JGarth

Just ignore this clown. He clearly has low self-esteem and a host of other issues.

Wow, very few Sgian Dubh's. On my wedding day, I wore one in my right stocking. As a matter of fact, all of my groomsmen did too.

Well it was 34 yrs. ago and like Esav said I had other things on my mind.I do believe it was a Case slippie, picked bone,Stockman or Muskrat.I think.

Thanks for all the warm wishes, and congrats to those you got married as well.

The wedding went great and I used my knife at least 4 times that I remember (the day was a bit of a blur), plus I used it the next to day to open all my gifts at the gift opening.

I just got back from a great honeymoon in Hawaii and looking forward to married life.

Thanks for sharing your memories of your wedding days as well.

congratulations!

I married on 1st juni 2007.

I thought it was the smartest move I ever made but she says I was just lucky. WELL I quess I would rather be lucky than smart then. Best to you folks.
