What Knife Did You Use For Christmas Present Opening duty?

VG-10 Endura- I managed to roll a small part of the edge over while cutting some ribbon that had wire in it.:( I'm sure that I can fix it quick with my sharpmaker .
 
When cutting with someone nearby I used the scissors on my Leatherman Squirt. Otherwise I used my Spydie Military.
 
This ssisted opening knife assisted in opening Christmas gifts at the Andersen house.

I used my Spyderco FRN Cricket SE and Lum Chinese PE for the plastic clamshell packaging and plastic ties on toys and battery packs. Also had to use the Philips on my Leatherman ST200 for some of the battery installs.
 
Chive mostly, with a little backup from a newly-received pair of wirecutters for the heavy-duty zipties.

Well...

My Wife gave me a Shrade 34OT Middleman, so it got the call to duty.
Neat little knife, nothing fancy, just nice and simple.

A Spyderco Calypso Jr. ltwt. was the passaround gift opener, though, as it can be thrown across the room to someone without impaling them:)
 
Spyderco Meerkat (bought last week with present-opening in mind)opened mine and almost everyone else's gifts on Christmas Eve at the girlfriend's house.
On Christmas day, my mom and I had been watching John Wayne movies all day (yeah, my mom rules!), and I couldn't resist whipping out my Spydie Chinook, just to see her jump. I opened one present with it, then went back to the Meerkat, because I'm stuck in "cut everything I possibly can with my cool new knife" mode. yeah, you guys know what I'm talking about.:D
 
My new blue Lum Chinese, although I have to admit I ripped most of mine!

Lum was pressed into action for wrapping, too. Sooo much better than scisssors, a bit tricky for curling ribbon though...
 
My CRKT Samson's KISS tanto point, until I opened my wife's present to me, a brand new Kershaw Blackout. Guess what I used after that?:D
