What Knife Do You Carry At Work?

im lucky where i work that majority ownership trusts me and employees to follow state laws and use good.common sense here. so i carry what i want. i just dont behave stupid and strap an ar15 on my chest, just cause i can legally.

usually i carry a Buck 110 on my belt and a folder of some sort in my pocket and sak in my pocket as well. truth be told id be fine with my sak for majority of cutting tasks and small tool tasks I do.
 
I'm the owner of two of the places where I work, so I can carry anything I feel like. I help out with accounting at my gym, but the owners are huge knife and gun collectors. The owner's wife is a 70 year old lady who boxes, wrestles and collects hatchets. The owner is like a father to me. It's not unusual for me or my mates to show up with new guns or knives to show each other.

When I have to be at government buildings (courthouse, tax administration office or whatever) I still carry whatever I feel like but only use a SAK.

I don't want to beat this to death but you are the same "Blues" that used to have Jimmy Hendrix as your Moniker image ?
I could have sworn you collected and posted images of HIGH END WE knives .

I have been here since before day one and the only member with that name.

And while a fan of Jimi, he was never in my avatar and I've never owned a WE knife

Could have been Blues Bender. Goes by a different moniker nowadays.

Anyway ; what did I carry and use at work ?
Cold Steel (sounds pretty Butch right ?) nah it was one of their Kitchen Classic Paring knives in 4116 . . . but I'm testing out Vivi's signature TOOTHY EDGE .
Started out with HIS 220 (he uses Harbor Freight Diamond . I used a Carborundum stone) then a couple swipes with a Spyderco Ultra Fine Ceramic Triangle Rod .
I found that with this basic Stainless I had too much bur that I couldn't get rid of (16 degrees per side) so . . .

I resharpened , and a degree steeper perside with a Red India 320 stone and then the Triangle Rod .
That gotter done !
Holding up pretty well on tough "Pallet Straps" ; actually they are just around individual cardboard crates . Kind of tough buggers though ; kind of thick .

Carried in a Mora plastic sheath . Works well / super , super light .
Shown here .
 
whatever knife i choose for the work i'm doing. from 1114 to zdp189.

I have to be very discrete where I work when it comes to anything that cuts. So I carry this "money clip".
