What knife from what brand led you to want/buy more knives from that brand.

My first Blade-Tech Wegner Hunter made me buy a second one, just in case.. The Ganyana followed..

Swamp Rat! First the Ratweiler.. got 5 of them now, sold 2. Great Knives.
Bark River. Simple no fancy functional. Got 2... a North Star LE and the Nebula

When I like a design I tend to buy the mini-version also.

Al Mar Sere 2K
SnG and PT
Millie and Para
Endura and Delica
Harsey T2 and T1
All sizes of Opinel
I love Emerson since my first mini-commander and CQC-10. a CQC-8 and a 12 followed.
Still got only the small classic sebenza.

My LCC made me buy an Amphibian, which is a nice cutter, but qualitywise cannot stand in my LCC's shadow.

The Manix I sold, but bought a new one a year later.
Same goes for the SnG..

For me it was a Kershaw Leek. A customer came in to my work and opened a box with his Leek. When I saw the speedsafe work I was instantly sold. I asked him where he got it. It was Walmart, I soon found myself buying a Blackout at Walmart and I've been a Kershaw fan ever since.
 
Would have to say Buck in general since that was all I could afford growing up and at the time was the one of the best quality knives in my price range (this was the 70's). Still have all of those knives to this day and I still use them regularly.
