today's carry is a very old BenchMade folder. I broke the tip years back, and reshaped it with a file and sand paper.
It still holds a razor edge, and evidently is indestructible after all these years.

It's a very nice liner-lock design....too bad they discontinued this one.

a self rescue tool I made myself. I don't have any pics. TOPS is supposed to be working on getting 3 designs into production, I came up with the designs after being stuck in an elevator doing cpr too many times. 3 sizes the smallest is for EDC pry bar/ serrated blade light/ whistle/ it's 1/4 thick 1080 steel 3.5" long and 1.25" wide.Micarta handle thumb lanyard. I make them for friends too, the other designs are for Professional Rescuers , Public Safety . The big one is for Firefighters and E.M.S. and S.W.A.T./ MOUT itll get you through most anything, a concrete a steel door so far so good.

So I have a good idea what works for me.All the designs were developed with fellow E.M.S. Firefighters Police and other former military. If your interested let me know. Like I said TOPS is working on production models.I would have to take care of finishing the orders Ive got so TOPS might have them out by the time I would be able to make one for you.
