An Opinel with the stainless blade (12c27 ?).
Inexpensive , genuine field knife ,easily available , traditional , very lightweight , lockable , able to be personalised , good stainless blade for an easy entry level knife.
Depending on where you shop and what size you buy , you might still be able to afford some kind of Mora.
