What knife would you give James Bond for his next mission?

Wait wait wait.... how have we forgotten this?
It must be one of these! :D

He could use that reflective blade to gain a tactical advantage in a bunch of situations...

Bond is a classy gentleman, i always wondered what would be the "best edc" for a modern Bond like D.Craig. What would fit better with a black PPK and a nice Silver and black Omega watch? I think the most obvious choice would be a OTF knife like a Microtech (Ultratec might be a little too big for the tuxedo... but something like a UTX-85/Hera size would fit great.) or maybe a nice Boker Kwaiken Tuxedo with a mix of titanium bolster and carbon fiber scales would be classy enough for Bond and would pair nicely with an Omega Seamaster. He also need a nice flashlight... i never understood why he didn't have a flashlight! hahaha

The James Bond franchise has taken cars, watches, even his original grey suit and made them iconic.
Any knife maker that has their knife in a movie....... Wow.
I say.......any Chris Reeve knife.
Expensive, quality to the extreme, style.....yeah that's my vote.

I appreciate all the answers, I think this is a fun topic, let's keep it going! I especially like the idea of giving him a Bladeforums knife! 😁 😂

That being said, If you want to share your opinion on the movie, or whether the movie confirms to your political opinions, I ask that you please take it to the appropriate part of the forum.

Over the years a lot of different knives have been used by both James Bond and the bad guys. Most knives used by Bond were taken off a bad guy in fact. Bond movies have featured many things as MI6 Q Branch issue items, and many Bond accoutrements have stayed with him over the years, but Bond has never been issued a specific knife to carry in any movie. The closest thing to an actual issue knife was a generic looking small dagger that was hidden in the standard attaché case kit he carried in From Russia With love.

True.....and if they used a brand name knife......that knife could become iconic like...... The Walther PPK.

James Bond is dead mate. As it is I never really cared for Craig but now that they caved in to the woke mob it is over for me. If it was back in the good old days I'd have given him an Aitor Vivac. But, I'd have changed the tools in the handle for something more useful.

.......after saving the world with the aid of his knife...... opening a bottle beer or wine....as his enemy's blood drips slowly from the blade.......Roll credits now.
