What knife you own has NEVER let you down?

Cold Steel SRK in Carbon V steel.

I'm not a fan of the overseas versions, save the San Mai III - those are just 'purty.'
 
Both my moras, but especially my Laminated carbon steel classic version.. I chose the moras as my favorite because I didnt expect much out of them at first. When I started using them they blew me away! The Triflex has the most comfortable handle of ANY knife i've ever held! The laminated carbon steel mora holds its edge FOREVER!! I completely processed this seasoned oak log this afternoon with my classic laminated, and it STILL slices phonebook paper with ease!(of course I had to remove lots of steel from the factory bevel until it started to hold an edge so well).. When i buy a a knive over $100 I EXPECT it to perform well, and I expect i'll like it. These moras have suprised me more than any knife, and I'm proud to say they're my favorites!
