What knives did you get for Christmas?

I got:

A Benchmade 550 (sadly I covertly bought a 3550 this month the wife didnt know about).

What I didnt get:

Spyderco Sharpmaker

Kershaw Speed/Spec Bump (was out of stock from New Graham, which is the only place the wife trusts)

On the way: A custom from Justin Gingrich of Ranger Knives I bought for myself...after a certain point, you just have to order for yourself.

Verdict: I am trying to get a complete set of the Byrd Series, so Im two closer! The wife is fine with me trading/selling the 550 AND with me buying the Speed/Spec, as well as the Sharpmaker!

So, what did you guys get for Christmas?
 
I got a Benchmade D2 Griptilian (Cabelas) in Olive Drab from my aunt and uncle. My sister gave me a Victorinox SwissMemory (silver alox, basically a classic model with a 256 mb USB flash drive). They're both awesome!
 
Got a sashimi knife... better than no knife at all.

Got a HI BAS khukri from myself :)
 
I got two diff Buck Sets from Wally World, the 112 and the trapper etc. Then I got a custom Wilkins hunter. I was very happy with all of them. :D
 
None. My family follows a simple rule: If you know someone has a hobby they really like (i.e. my wife's scrapbooking), you don't buy presents in that hobby. If its something quality or cool they probably already have it, and being a specialized hobby, the people involved in said hobbies tend towards snobbery.

I AM getting an RJ Martin Devastator for myself though (combo going back to work/Christmas gift).
 
I got a BM140 Nimravus (sand G-10 scales with Kydex sheath) and a SOG S-62 multi-tool.

The Nimravus came sharp but now I'm worried about the edge. I read a thread here earlier that a fellow said every time he sheathed his fixed-blade into the Kydex sheath, it ruined his edge.

Got a henckels bread knife, new leatherman wave (2004).

Gave a BM556 to a very appreciative young cousin.

Speaking of giving and getting knives, do you folks give back a penny when you receive a knife? I wrapped the cousin's knife with a quarter and made him give it back to me. Gave my sis and parents coins as well.
 
I got a buck northshore, and i think my girlfriend is going to get me one of the spyderco dayhikers when it comes out.
 
TOPS Wolf Pup...Can't believe how much I like the little thing,so small but built like a tank....must put it down now!
And a Spyderco Temperance...also a Scrapyard scrapper 4 on order !!!

Knife and knife industry related I got two Emerson T-Shirts, one Laci Szabo T-Shirt, a Captains of Crash grip exerciser, and a Szabo Crook Hook he threw in for free. (alot neater little gadget than it appears to be on the computer)

Mrs. Santa spoiled me rotten this year!:D

Really like the Higonokami, Kieth! very unique and sharp as heck looking!
