What knives do you plan on getting in 2010?

So, I was planning on getting a Sebenza or an SNG for 2010. I guess fate granted me the pleasure of the SNG. I have one on the way.
 
Want for 2010 (will likely not get all):

Kershaw Junkyard Dog II (to fill the empty ~3.5" folder slot)
Bark River Fox River (to fill the full-size ~4.5" hunting knife slot, and to be my one "nice" knife)
Becker BK2 (to fill the empty ~5+" camp/survival slot - which I'll likely never need)

That will give me folders from ~2.5-3.5", fixed from ~3.5-5.5", and that should do it (hahaha). Fortunately I have other obsessions so I'm going to try not to be overwhelmed with knives. I don't mind doubles in some categories if they're used regularly.

I'm tossing two pieces of junk from my childhood, plus hopefully a sword which is just clutter.

I will cut down knifebuying significantly this year, maybe couple slipjoints and some fixed blade. Been feeling kind of unimpressed lately about knives.
 
Been thinking real hard about a Koyote Leakuchette and a Wildertools S-curve.Those rustic looking knives are appealing to me.

I really don't know :eek: (I see the lynch mob forming now :D). I've gotten much more selective in the last year or two about what I buy. Maybe I'll get a tried-and-true Mnandi to replace the one I sold. Maybe a pearl Moki. Other than that, I will just see what strikes my fancy.

I'm really not lacking for anything specific. I've already got several knives in each category I'm interested in collecting. So the plan for 2010 is to keep an eye out for bargains and if the price is right on a knife that interests me, I'll buy it.

So far, my only purchase this year has been a Spyderco Hossom Dayhiker. Spyderco is discontinuing the Hossom line and there are some terrific bargains to be had if you know where to look.

I don't plan on buying any new knives until after I have saved enough money to buy my wife a lady oyster perpetual in stainless for our anniversary The exception to this would be a Halo 5. Any money I send out will be to Reese or Krein for for knife mods or customs I had ordered before the 31st.

I have two M4 Ritter Grips on order; 1-Standard & 1-Mini and I will definitely be upgrading the scales on both to either WilkinsGrips or Cuscadi's. I am psyched!:D
