just wanted to ask what knives you use on daily bases,i dont mean that u would describe the whole collection u posses;),but throw in like...5 to ten of your favourites.

mine are:

-sissipuukko m95
-lapland knife "leuku" by relative blacksmith
-CRKT SOFTB M60-14NK
-extrema ratio 185 rao
-marttiini ilves
-leatherman surge
-spyderco endura
-self customized wenger sak.

-nothing special but they do the job for me.

im a bit odd here in finland cause im so much intrested also in the tactical/multitool stuff, not just those traditional puukko´s that oldies love.

The knives that tend to get used the most are:

1. Opinel #8 (carbon or Inox)
2. Boker/CLB Subcom F and Drop Point Trance
3. Cold Steel El Lobo, Canadian Belt, and Finn Bear
4. My new Frosts #840 Clipper and #780 Triflex

Emerson CQC-7BW
BM 710D2
BRKT Highland
Old Timer (don't even know, it's a really old 2 blade)
CRKT K.I.S.S. (cheap and works well when shot-gunning beers)

well worn Strider SnG daily and WP recurve in the pack
Busse GW on ship (navy) with ASH-1 on the way for in the bush
CRK Large sebenza daily and Sable III as a skinning blade hunting
Wilson Cop tool in the car
Kabar Warthog with a home made leg rig in the bush
that and a bunch of misc knives here and there.

My most-used knives are

-Old Timer 1080T (small stockman). It's 14 years old, so made in the USA with carbon steel blades.
-Benchmade 551 D2 Griptilian. I've EDC'ed that bad boy for the last 4 years, almost daily.
-Greco Explorer when in the wilderness. It's made of 8670 carbon steel and has a 9.5" blade. The heat treat John Greco does on his steel is amazing
-Leatherman Supertool 200. It's a shame that model is no longer made; it's got the ideal combo of tools, in my opinion.

There are days when I have no occasion to use a knife and therefore use none of them...unless you count pulling them out or picking them up and flipping them open and then closing them and then opening them again...you get the picture.

Under those circumstances, that would be most of them, although mainly a Kershaw Tactical Blur and a couple of Zero Tolerance 0300-series knives...a ZT0300DW and a ZT0300CFBLK.

I carry everyday though.

Quite a few in the rotation for me.

Strider SMF; Regular large Sebbie; Spyderco Stretch 2; case peanut; ZT301; BM large rukus; Spyderco Chinook 2; and a couple of home made FB's.

There are a few more in the rotation but these are the ones i use the most

I think that gray small hinderer is the best looking one I have ever seen! Wish I had one of those!

My small classic bocote wood Seb., utility HAK as a neck knife (Used to use a Spyderco SPOT), & an unknown maker's Ti keychain knife.

I love the look of Rick Hinderer's knives...the new XM-18, with similar looks, is also spectacular.

That Charles May fixed-blade is not too shabby, either!

No more knives for me for awhile, however, if I want to stay married!
