What knives you really use?

Mission MPF 3 Ti plain edge or Mission MPF 1 Ti plain edge

Used to also carry and use a Micro Tech Option II, carried it in my wallet but my wallet was stonlen christmas eve 07. So much for the Micro Tech, and I can't find another anywhere.

just wanted to ask what knives you use on daily bases,i dont mean that u would describe the whole collection u posses;),but throw in like...5 to ten of your favourites.

The one that gets the most use is my Spyderco Salt 1. It's been my "go to" EDC for the past few years now. The second most used is a Kershaw G-10 Hawk, which was my primary EDC prior to the Salt. I also carry a SAK, specifically a Tinker, as my backup knife, so that gets a pretty decent amount of use. Whenever I'm at work, I usually have a Leatherman PST II on hand, which gets a lot of use. Whenever I have need for something a little more solid, I carry an Anza fixed blade, which has never let me down.

I have a Graham Brothers Razel on it's way, though. As soon as that arrives, it'll be my primary EDC, and I plan to put it to hard use.

I've also got a bunch of others, including some cheapies, and some fancies, but the ones listed above are what is usually in my pocket, and thus, usually getting used.

That prototype looking one you've got, I think, is the RK-62 assault rifle bayonet by Fiskars that preceded the M.95.[/QUOT

ok,i didnt know its named after the rifle its intended to be used with.

one hellova good knife, the rk62,and those m95 versions.and even better now with that kydex sheath....if its kydex;)

Does it have a bayonet lug and the lock button? If not, it is not a bayonet. If it's m93, it's not a prototype. Picture would help though.

I vary my carry almost daily, but always seem to use my Buck X-Tract around the house for little chores. I use whatever I am carrying, which usually is one of my Leeks, Schrade Old Timer, CRKT M16, or whatever. I do have a few knives which I have never cut anything with, but mainly because they are in packs, or places for defense, and hopefully will never need to see any use.

im pretty sure its proto cause years ago when i bought mine the maker said its not just like the one that goes finally to the market.no it doesnt have that groove&lock to clip it itno rifle.the sheath is also earlien without plastic liner.ill try to taka pic when i can,and if i learn how to ad pics into my comments.

Simple....a Spyderco Calypso Jr. with ZDP189 Steel. Sharpest knife I own and stays sharp a long time.

I usually always have one of my Kershaw Leeks, but i also carry my Kershaw Lahar, Kershaw Spec Bump, and SOG Trident on occasion.

I carry a Mini-Griptillian everyday, everywhere.

I also have a Byrd Finch all stainless on my keychain. I have one other Byrd knife but won't be buying anymore since they are made in China. Some things I can do without and my eyes have been opened to the atrocities taking place in that country.

My wife carries a Dozier folder in her purse.
