The long, thin spear main looks German to me, otherwise no idea. Someone had a magnificent stash of stag to put those covers on a Barlow!

Thanks Jeff. I was thinking German or Sheffield. I have see some Case barlows made like this but the pin placement is slightly different.
 
Lol I missed all the cool gec Barlows
I need a good one. But until then let's see how this rough rider does
 
Nothing wrong with the RR ones I have a couple myself. The GECs are pricey on the secondary market but you might want to a look at the Bokers. Well made and available. 😃
I am not exactly entirely honest.
I DID win me one of those one hand opening Barlows. Probably something someone would be interested in. But it just wasn't for me. I am a little bummed because it got real rusty in my knife roll. Never used just cleaned periodically because..well Mississippi summers. It looks better than this now but I am not done cleaning it
