What Makes a Good, Traditional Barlow?

If I do have one Harry, I don't have a photo of it. Next time I get into the "barlow box" I'll keep an eye out.
Here's a couple others from Queen... I do believe the `09 Bladeforum's Barlow was the very first S&M stamped knife with D-2 blade steel.

You have some great trade beads here in these pics ! An excellent variation of styles and types. Your knives are exceptional too !
 
Added a Hibbard Spencer Bartlett & Co clip blade OVB barlow to the pile. These are one of my favorite barlows, slightly larger and beefier than your usual barlow of the time. These were made by Camillus and match up exactly to a Camillus Tip Top barlow. I would say they date pre WW2 to slightly post war.

Wow, love the shape of the clip, the long pull, OVB bolster stamp is one of the greats, and that bone!! 😍
