That strange rock is a natural formation, Duncan! Probably igneous, it appears to have "bubbles", and inclusions that dissolved away.

An acquaintance found it while walking in one of our many river valleys.
It's kinda spooky!!
:D

I was beginning to wonder if that rock was the skull of an ancient Barlow owner.

I posted something similar in another post but may have been a little vague about what I was asking. Perhaps it's better suited for a Barlow-specific thread. Quite simply, this is a Camillus Tip Top Barlow with ebony covers and red lettering on the bolster stamp. I've never seen one like this and wonder if anyone else has and has any idea if this is a production configuration or if this is a knife that's been modified?

Nice Schrade, Ron! Only be ashamed of the knives you don't show us!! We wanna see 'em all!!:)

Nice TC, Jake!! - but I am prejudiced!!;)

Nice TipTop, Atiger!!
I've never seen the letters "red-filled". Wonder if it is after-market??

Here are some old ones - likely the oldest I own. The top (#14) and bottom (#15) are, of course, TCs - for comparison.
