The Quality of this Case Barlow is no better or no worse than the new one I bought in 2014 . The F & F is really pretty decent . I really like the variation in the coloration of the Bone from side to side . There are some very small gaps between the spring and liners , but not bad . Spring is not quite flush when open but is when closed . Opening is pretty darned smooth even without me doing any cleaning or blowing out . There is a Half/Stop . Opening forces are maybe 5 . Blade is very sharp with an even grind . Finish of the bone , pins , and bolsters is great . I would not compare this to a Northfield 77 or a TC , but the price point is very different , and I am very happy with it . Now I need news to pay for my reserved Blue one . Was very happy to see Case make some more Barlows .Not bad at all, Harry. I like a lot of Case's smooth bone. How do you like the knife?
Good review, thank you. That one is the one I find to be the best looking of all the new releases. If they ever bring one out with a clip blade I'm going to jump on it.The Quality of this Case Barlow is no better or no worse than the new one I bought in 2014 . The F & F is really pretty decent .
