We need to appoint a knife coolness czar and let them reign with an iron fist. Who is the coolest knife nut on the forums? Who is going to be the final arbiter to whom the final say in these matters shall be deferred?

I will humbly accept this great responsibility of coolness. ;)

Stabman, I don't know how to put this delicately, so I'll just out with it: You have a strider, and think it's cool. I'm sorry, like Canadian-level apologetic for having to go there, but it pretty much disqualifies you for the top position of Czar of Knife Coolness. You'll still be eligible for appointment as a minor minister in the office, however.

But I made titanium Stabarangs..that should cancel out the occasional transgression like that. ;)

Buck Ti 186, first US made Ti knife, first US made knife with a belt/pocket clip, first mass produced US knife meant to be disassembled and even included a tool to take it apart. Buck made it for one year and riveted the halves together. Too many people took them apart and couldn't reassemble them so they sent them back to Buck. After gettin' a preview of what to expect from the owners who couldn't put their knives back together Buck said screw it or should I say rivet it so the owners couldn't take them apart. They made them for only 1 year before the change. One of the first US companies to use bushings at the pivot and rocker bar.

Whoever wins the crown of cool should be titled the "Sultan of Cool" . Because that's playing in my head right now !:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Sometimes a knife becomes so cool that it isn’t cool anymore. Exception would be the Busse Team Gemini, which is still cool even though too many people are into it. But pm2 sprints aren’t cool anymore, which is why I collect the military instead.

There are a lot of things that can make a knife cool, but what aspects raise the coolness factor the most? What does it take to make a knife really cool?
Harmony. See those shiny crap accessories over black dlc in xm's? Most time stock screws screw it all. Shame
