What multi tool, You using today?



Been carrying the Bond this month. It has been going ok. I prefer the PST over the bond, but some of that could be nostalgia. I do like the pocket clip. The clip helps a lot with every day carry. Used the Bond today to free a new to me SOG Pocket Power Plier. I have a Lynwood Washington built one. The new to me one is an Edmonds Washington example. They both have the same tool load out. Only differences that I can spot right now are in the shape of the file, the flat driver, and can opener.

You should see what ever gets run into though. Steel bumpers, steel tow hooks and around 8000 pounds
 
Today was my P4. Locked my damned keys in my work vehicle. Of course my slim jim is in the trunk of the locked vehicle. Had to use a wooden wedge and flex the door frame. Then the P4 helped straighten a coat hanger and make a loop on the end which I managed to slide over the interior door handle. There was about 1.5 inches of hangar sticking out of the door, so then I used the P4 to twist a ball onto the end of the wire hanger and pull, activating the interior handle and opening the car.

No pics cuz I was too busy Mutha-F’N myself, the coat hanger and the car. But I did manage to get in.

If I had the slim jim I would have been a ten second job as I have perfected the technique to unlock pop up locks.
