What Non CRKs In Your EDC Rotation

95% of the time my umnumzaan or small sebenza
on other days or in addition to-
spydie lava (it's chicago legal)
spydie endura
Spydie military (when hiking, weight to blade ratio is hard to beat)
ESEE Izula (It's always in my bag and sometimes in my pocket)

I've been edcing my small 21 in 09 and a small cgg in 08. Sometimes (rarely) I will switch the Sebenza for a Spyderco d4 "emerson opener" in foliage green. I also have a Spyderco lady bug on my car keys.

Yesterday I carried my Spyderco Para in d2. I only carry the CGG on special occasions Ie weddings, bday, etc. The small 21 was sent away on Monday....to Barry for a new scale! So I think it is worth the wait to carry it again! I think this should give me a fix for my new knife urge until they release the new small insingo........

Hey all, today, I had the great pleasure to receive a used hinderer xm-18 3d gen. :)

So probably everybody is happy for me, but I have some sad and blasphemous news too...

When I received the box, I popped out my small sebenza from my right pocket, flicked it and with a smooth motion and a very satisfying click it opened and greeted me with a nice metal shine in the sun, waiting to get some cutting action.

I opened up my box in it, cut through layers of ductape and cardboard, cut open some plastic untill I found the xm-18 in the package. The sebenza took no prisoners. Everything I set it to was totally cut up, with razorsharp efficiency, the sebenza made two things of everything that was once one thing

Now for the sad news. I retired my sebenza for the day. I gave it some shelf duty in my closet. It's in the dark. cold. frightened. alone...
While I'm playing with the xm-18, having fun..

Yeah, it's a cruel world hehe ;)

BUt no worries. I'll come back to you soon buddy :D. out of sight, but never out of mind!

At the moment, I've sold off almost all of my non-CRKs(with exception of a couple SAKs and two gift Spydercos). I do miss a few knives like the Burger EXK1 I gave up, and am thinking about ordering one again, but the CRKs are doing a really good job taking care of all tasks thrown their way.
