A lot of mine are from Americas and Europe. Then the rest are scattered from around the globe. My family was Bohemian before they came here, so I have quite a few from the Czechoslovakian area.

Spyderco's USA knives are made on Earth. It says so right on the blade. :D

USA (ZT & Bradford) and China (Reate & Kizer) current hold the highest percentage quantities in my collection.
 
You should add Taiwan to your list. Lots of knives made there.

Some of my SAKs are rehandled in Poland. 3-D printing comes from Italy. Customed folders come from the US.
 
This is actually a hard question to answer because it depends on how you classify favored region. Do you mean style, country or origin, or manufacturer country of headquarters? If you go strict country of origin, most of my knives are Asian, with the bulk being like a 70/30 split between China and Taiwan. If you mean style, I'm almost exclusively western styled. If you mean manufacturer country of headquarters, then I'm almost entirely US based.
