Thanks for the question Goliath :)

Held in the hand, and using index finger and thumb as the forks. Pull back and shoot like a regular slingshot, but with a twist and slight tweak of the pouch to clear the hand when you release. Kind of freaky at first, but you get used to it and it's tons of fun. Worn around wrist when not in use. Google/YouTube frameless slingshot for more.
