Inspired by Dan posting the Waiter, I went with the Apprentice today, I tweaked it to have TWO Victorinox shields by robbing the one Shield scale I had left over from my Recruit after installing the OD micarta scales

My new found interest is to convert or include old transit (railway or bus) tokens onto a simple leather fob. No practical reason other than I think they're cool as well as old

Buy yourself a Walker. I find the modern version of the lumberjack to lack a bit of quality over the older knife but it's still a great knife, it's one of my favorites

1950's Victoria tang stamp 84mm Officer. Came today and in very good shape except the clip pen has a bent tip. I fixed it better than it came but didn't get a good shot of it.

Utterly beautiful. I wish they still made them like that! I prefer everything about it, the awl, the clip pen, the corkscrew, the pins, it just looks so much classier.

Thank you, I too really like the older SAK's, I don't have many vintage but I do pick them up when I find an affordable one. I love modern SAK's but these older ones are so nice

It happens John, I get pulled in different directions all the time with SAK's but find myself the majority of the time with an 84mm of some sort. Then I get on an ALOX kick, then a 111MM kick and on and on and it's all OK
