Finally picked up a Waiter. A lot of functionality in a one-layer knife, and pairs well with the alox Classic SD attached to my house key. I’ll be interested to see if I end up grabbing it more than my other usual weekday carries (Cadet, Compact and Tourist), but I’m liking it so far.
 
I'm not sure what Santiago EDC is but my wife has a Huntsman everyday all day. I have a newer 2010ish model I take to work most days.
Sorry it is a stupid MEME over on Reddit about people EDCing a crayfish or Lobster named Santiago. It is fake and stupid but it was funny seeing your Huntsman with a yabbie?
