What SAK are ya totin' today?

My newest arrival, and possibly my new favorite: The Mountaineer!

Nice! One of the more underrated SAKs in my opinion. I don't carry it often either though, as I like to have a wood saw on me.

My daughters .243 Model 7. Nice, light little gun and an absolute tack driver!
That’s funny, I also had a 7 chambered in .243 with an aftermarket synthetic stock. It wasn’t pretty, but also was a tack driver, so it lived in a hard case behind the seat of my old 3/4 ton Chevy. Many coyotes met their end because of that little rifle, and I might have illegally taken a whitetail or two with it for the freezer🤫

315 315 Lee D Lee D My early BSA Majestic is in .243 and its my most used center fire rifle. It must be an inherently accurate cartridge. The few I have shot have all been spot on.
If I need a job done I know I can rely on my 243 to do it.

Accurate, and light recoil. I introduced both of my daughters to bolt action centerfire rifles with the .243
