The explorer I have is used to go flea market shopping. Use the mag glass to see trade marks and such.![]()
My favorite SAK for EDC is the Explorer or Explorer Plus. This one is glowy, because glowy is fun. With that I carry a Manager for the pen (when carrying a non-Plus Explorer), and the mini phillips driver because half the world is held together with mini phillips screws. Plus, a 58mm SAK doesn't scare fat, unhappy Karens who look for any reason to go hysterical. The Screwpop utility knife with carbide blade is used more than just about anything, for opening and killing Amazon boxes.
I think you like Spartans.
I do like Spartan's for sure, I just like SAK's in general. I'm just making a point of using all my knives and I'm just starting with my Spartan section of my collection.I think you like Spartans.
I have refurbed loads of old Spartans and gifted then to no knife friends and family over the years.
Its fun cleaning and fixing up and I like the older versions better (mostly).
Its the perfect tool.
