We will go to Byron Bay tomorrow mate.
I would have just checked a bag with that in there, and had same day deliveryMy Champ is on its way home. We are traveling light and we are only taking carry on bags on our flight tomorrow, so the knife has been express posted home.

$65 to check in a bag... The flight to Sydney was $49. Express post will be there before I get home Saturday.I would have just checked a bag with that in there, and had same day delivery![]()
Thanks James, we are on our last leg now. We flew into Sydney yesterday and we literally just sat down on our last train to home. No Swiss Army Knife. But I will get a wooden knife laterDan, today I got the opportunity to catch up on this thread. I enjoyed your holiday pics and videos.
Seems like a whirlwind adventure with all the locations you were able to visit.
Your son is bright. A trip to a serene lake would be beneficial after a lengthy train ride.
Hope the return travels are smooth sailing.

My son is well traveled cobber, with many kilometers to his name. By land, air and sea. His mam was an Irish backpacker and she still has the itch to travel when ever possible and I'm not going to get in the way of that.It must feel strange to be without a SAK.
Is this your son's first plane ride?
I see where your son gets his smarts. Not getting in the way of your wife's travel desires - smart. Having a Spartan in hand within five minutes of returning home (and a micarta at that) - brilliant. My son is well traveled cobber, with many kilometers to his name. By land, air and sea. Within 5 minutes of getting home I had a Spartan out opening mail from the last week.
