What SAK are ya totin' today?

Nylon Huntsman today, now with added pin!
After a somewhat frustrating/embarrassing situation recently were I had to call on the services of the "Beast" (Swisschamp) ,as it has a pin; I thought about how to add one to my nylon scaled Huntsman.
After a bit of trail and error I found it would fit under the hook and not fall out.
I'll just have to remember it's in there if I go to use the hook though.

I have a small story of deception and lies, I carry 140mm knipex pliers with me daily. Sadly I lost them a month or so ago and I was frantically looking for them in tractors in my house in the paddocks, I couldn't find them anywhere. I asked my wife if she had seen them. She always knows where everything is 😀. Unfortunately she hadn't seen them.
My wife is very frugal and I didn't let on to her that I bought a new pair. They arrived without her knowing and I even made a small canvas slip for them like the ones I had lost. My wife being very observant noticed I had "found" my pliers and life could go on... until this morning. My wife got into my ute and casually asked if I had my pliers and of course I said yes pulled them out and gave them to her for what ever reason she wanted them for and as I passed them to her she pulled out the actual pair I had lost from under the passengers seat... needless to say I had some explaining to do 🤣😂

The bright side to the story is I have two pairs of pliers now and my wife got a lot of jobs done around the house she wanted done 😁

Sapphire Spartan and Swisstool today.
Picked up this mag from an op shop recently, the article on knives caught my eye.
September '76 is way before my time, but I like these older mags as the content is much better than the rubbish they put out now.

The prices as well! 6 Bucks, Hokey Nellie!
The only thing I ask myself when I see things like this is, "Where the heck did I leave that DeLorean!?"
