What SAK are ya totin' today?

It's been 11 months since, as jmh33 once called it my "almond hooch", was set aside. Shown below last December.


Today is bottling day. I have my Waiter in my pocket. You can see how nicely the walnuts change the colour of the liquid. It's been well filtered and topped up with some secret irish goodness.



There is a bit over 2 1/2 gallons of 90 proof walnut liquor ready to be given to friends and family.

Jim I think a leg of goat would be nice for Christmas lunch. Not hunting a trophy animal just a nice tasty young one.

A five hour drive north very early this Friday morning with a Spartan 315 sent me years ago. The mission was to get Christmas lunch sorted.

I'd like to say it was a long and exciting hunt but I was lucky John. It was like 2am drive drive drive drive arrive at hunting property bang bang 2 goats down cut cut cut 8am drive drive drive drive drive home by 1pm...happy family because dads home

Dusting off the SAK's getting ready for Christmas .
The Holiday season doesn't require the usual Spyderco and Leatherman combo that is my everyday work gear .
