MAIL CALL!!!
New to me ("used" but looks unused) Huntsman. 😁👍
Moved the mini screwdriver and ball head pin over from my 'Year Of The Ox' Huntsman, witch is now semi-retired.View attachment 2957220

Blade well is clean. Looks like the blades have never been introduced to a stone, and are still sharp. (I'll still strop them though.)

I've been wanting a plain Huntsman. I been worried about damaging, or wearing the image on the 'Year Of The Ox' scales.

Very happy. It should last me the rest of the time I am on the census, and hopefully a good portion of my heir's time ... if not one of his grand kids ... whom as far as I know are years from getting to "Earth".
Huntsman... always a good call.

Huntsman... always a good call.
Sorry. I must agree. (i no it is upsetting when something like me does that. ☹️)
I like the tool selection.
I know the Fieldmaster is the same knife, but with the single purpose #2 phillips bottom tool in place of the multi purpose "corkscrew".
I find the corkscrew much handier and more useful for things other than is named use. (also, a 1/4" bit set and a bit driver has been part of my long term EDC since 2012).

The corkscrew on my various SAK's so equipped currently house the flat eyeglasses screwdriver. On two (Huntsman and Hercules) I plan to replace the eyeglasses screwdriver with a full length 'FIRE ANT' kindling stick, or the half length kindling under 'Fire Ant' small fero rod.
I'll likely go full length, and get a 0.5" diameter x 5" fero rod on a cord I can wear under my shirt ... and/or get a large Bic lighter ... even tho I have not smoked in 15 years, since switching to chewing tobacco. 🎉🎈🎊 😁👍
(I was a smoker for around 43 years. 2~2.5 packs a day when I switched.)

I may never need the Fire Ant kindling and the fero rod. However, isn't it better to have and not need, than to need and not have? 🤔
