What SAK are ya totin' today?

That was my military carry. Nice, no non-sense knife.
Agree a nice, no nonsense knife.
I had a couple of the faux version imported by that big knife store in TN.
I "need" to get another ... but they retail for a lot more than $6.⁹⁹ now. I'm not sure I "need" one that bad to keep in my bicycle/(adult) trike's trunk bag for the saw, now that I have a Huntsman on me 24/7 (less shower time).

Unfortunately, I don't. I so very much wished I did. I was not "into knives" back then, but fondly remember how useful it was, how well-proportioned it felt in hand.
Time was, "back then", we never gave a thought to those knives of old to ever leave the store displays. Example: The Camillus 3-blade folder I ruined while overhauling a cylindrical grinder for my employer in the mid-seventies. I'm still not sure what I finally did with that knife. However, I've not found an affordable one like it since. Be it a SAK, or any other, I believe most of us carry at least one regret regarding our past knife carries.

All trunk bags should come equipped with a slot for a SAK. My Wenger SwissBuck Trekker has found its spot in my Bontrager bag.
